How it works

1. Brief & Agreements

Contact. The client will contact us through email, contact form or website chat and explain their design needs

Analysis. We analyze your request and give you the best offer in terms of quality, deadline and prices

Trust. After approving the terms the client will send 50% of payment via paypal or bank transfer to ensure credibility


2. Creative process
-
Brainstorming. The creative process starts with creating a word map consisting of elements that will help convey the right message to the audience
-
Research. We look up your competitors in your region, the top brands in your industry and get a feel of the industry
-
Sketching. After gathering resources and using the word map we start dishing out paper drawn concepts
-
Computer conceptualization. The best concepts drawn get to be created in vectorial format to be presented to the client.
3. Feedback
-
Review. The client receives screenshots with the best computer generated vector concepts to choose the one that thinks it fits the purpose

Revisions. In case the client wants changes to one of the concepts, we offer three (3) free rounds of changes to one of the concepts chosen
-
Re-conceptualization. In case the client wants new concepts based on new instructions, we offer two (2) additional free concepts.
[ ! ] Each additional revision round, after free rounds are used, costs 10% of project's value
[ ! ] Each additional re-conceptualization round, after free rounds are used, costs 20% of project's value

4. Completition

-
Payment. The client will pay the last half of the sum agreed before we send the final original (vector) files
-
File transfer. After the payment is received we will send you all needed files in formats like .ai .psd .eps .jpg .png with transparent background and more, if needed
[ ! ] Optional.
We can hide your project from our portfolio for an additional $50 dollars.
